Tolga K. is a photo assistant/freelance photographer based in Miami. He started assisting photographers in New York back in 2006. In 2011 he relocated in Miami. Same year he started working at image1st Miami/London photo studios where he learned all aspects of photography. After 5 years, he launched his own photo studios in Miami. While he is creating images for clothing companies and portrait clients he continues assisting photographers in larger productions.

Former model Tolga started out in the job everyone fantasizes about having on the set only to discover that his true calling was behind the lens rather than in front of it. Tolga was discovered in his home turf, Istanbul, by a booker buddy and ended up circling the globe modeling in places like Brazil, Greece, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and New York. A pit stop in New York resulted in him assisting photographers in Brooklyn for 3 years. His next move was to sunny Miami where he joined image 1st Miami-London studio. Absorbing everything one could take in from working in a studio for 5 years offered him the knowledge and confidence to pursue opening his own studio and taking on lead photography assignments. Still, assisting other photographers is one of Tolga's favorite ways to spend the day as he can observe and learn from the world's best photographers visiting Miami.
